At Planet Java Diner Virtual Assistant Services, some of our services include digital deliverables such as documents, spreadsheets, reports, templates, or other electronic files. This policy explains how digital delivery works and what you can expect.


Delivery Method

  • Digital deliverables will be sent via email or shared through a secure file-sharing platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) as agreed with the client.

  • Clients must provide a valid email address or account access for delivery.


Delivery Time

  • Delivery times are based on the agreed schedule at the time of purchase.

  • Any delays caused by missing information, late responses, or technical issues on the client’s side may affect delivery time.


Access and Download

  • Clients are responsible for downloading and saving digital files promptly after delivery.

  • We are not responsible for lost files after delivery has been completed.


Revisions and Corrections

  • Any errors in digital files caused by our team can be corrected at no additional charge if reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Revisions beyond the original scope may incur additional charges, agreed in advance.


Refunds and Issues

  • Digital delivery services are service-based. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
